We are seeking a dedicated and motivated leader with experience in a similar role and knowledge of commercial kitchen appliances and industrial cleaning chemicals. As Chief Kitchen Steward, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest hygiene and operational standards while leading and mentoring a team of passionate stewards.

- Roster resources to maintain the documented standard of cleanliness and tidiness of all kitchens
- Liaise with the maintenance manager on the upkeep of the commercial dishwashers and the supporting logbooks
- Supervise the duties of all stewarding employees, facilities, operation and costs.

- Supervise the sanitation, cleanliness, hygiene as well as the quality level of product and services, including the staff canteen.
