Who we're seeking?
A committed and passionate Education and Employment Pathways Coordinator to work within the Indigenous Engagement Team portfolio to implement programs that are linked to supporting Anangu and Aboriginal training and employment outcomes across the NPY and Central Australia regions. This includes overseeing Education and Employment pathways partnerships and processes, and working with the Indigenous Engagement Team to identify, develop and manage effective regional stakeholder relationships to develop clear pathways partnerships and processes on behalf of Voyages Ayers Rock Resort.
You will need:
- Relevant TAE qualifications, including LLN
- Experience in remote Indigenous Context
- Computer literacy and strong communication skills
- Strong leadership and program coordination
- Reliability and trustworthiness
