Who we’re seeking?
We’re searching for a dynamic, visionary, and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant Manager to oversee the Rooms Division and Food & Beverage operations at our flagship luxury property, Sails in the Desert.
This role will see you deliver performance management systems and contribute to strategic goals by supporting Indigenous employees and trainees, with a focus on driving business performance and profitability, ensuring high standards in operations, maintenance, and guest experience.

Who we’re seeking?
We’re searching for a dynamic, visionary, and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant Manager to oversee the Rooms Division and Food & Beverage operations at our flagship luxury property, Sails in the Desert.
- Extensive experience in luxury hotel operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong knowledge of Front Office and Rooms Division operations is essential.
- Proven experience managing Food & Beverage operations, with a strong emphasis on cost control, stock management, and service delivery standards.
- Experience of working in a remote working environment (is desired) where initiative, organisational and advance planning skills are essential
- Significant experience in managing employees at all levels, including recruitment, training, performance management, and team development. Experience leading teams of 60+ employees is preferred.
- Strong financial and business acumen, with a proven track record of analysing operational and financial metrics to drive strategic decision-making. Experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue forecasting for both Front Office and Food & Beverage is essential.

- Indigenous Employment Leadership: Support, develop and retain Indigenous employees and trainees to achieve Indigenous employment targets in alignment with Voyages' strategic goals
- Business Performance Management: Drive profitability and return on investment through effective management of expenditure, staffing levels, and labour costs aligned with occupancy levels
- Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards in resort operations and maintenance while ensuring the integrity of the resort product and guest experience
- Strategic Implementation: Contribute to the implementation of strategic goals and objectives for Ayers Rock Resort
