This role will see you ensure that the housekeeping department provides the hotel with clean, well-maintained accommodation and public areas that meet company standards through the provision of professional, timely and quality services in line with budgetary requirements.

Who we’re seeking?

- Previous management experience within luxury or 5 star hotel / resort settings
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Housekeeper.
- Financial skills including budget management, stock management and reporting
- Experience creating rosters and managing a team of over 30.
This role will see you ensure that the housekeeping department provides the hotel with clean, well-maintained accommodation and public areas that meet company standards through the provision of professional, timely and quality services in line with budgetary requirements.
- Provide effective staff management to the Housekeeping and Public Area Teams to ensure daily operational requirements and financial budgets are met through effective allocations of work for staff
- Ensure the presentation standards of rooms and facilities are maintained to the expected high standard
- Maintain daily cost control ensuring costs are minimised and profit generation is maximised by achieving good productivity
- Oversee regular maintenance projects e.g., regular spring cleaning, mattress rotation, carpet shampooing etc.
