Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for an Food and Beverage Manager- Outdoor Dining to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hospitality Manager, who has a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences to lead the Outdoor Dining Team. This role will see you managing and reporting on the Outdoor Dining Operations at Ayers Rock Resort whilst ensuring a consistent and premium quality product and supporting the Food & Beverage Director in staff communication. You will work closely with a diverse team of staff members, fostering a positive work environment and helping them deliver memorable dining experiences.

Key Duties
- Oversee and manage the Outdoor Dining department across multiple resort sites, ensuring financial performance meets or exceeds predetermined budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and control labor costs based on business needs, allocating resources effectively to maintain operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop a skilled and motivated Outdoor Dining team, ensuring excellence in delivering the dining experience from setup to pack-down.
- Effectively manage a large, diverse team by fostering open communication and collaboration within a cross-cultural and dynamic environment.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent operations.
- Maintain regular communication with the Outdoor Dining coordination team and desk, ensuring accurate dispatching and billing processes are followed.
- Continuously uphold and enhance the highest standards of service and quality within the Outdoor Dining department.
Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as an F&B Manager in a resort or hotel environment, overseeing multi-venue operations.
- Full Australian working rights.
- A valid Australian driver’s license and HR license, as travel between multiple outdoor sites within the resort is required.
