We are seeking a passionate Hospitality professional, with similar experience within a 5 star restaurant or resort environment to lead our Food & Beverage Team. In this role you will deliver people operations across the allocated food & beverage outlets, with primary responsibility for management, recruitment and selection, learning, performance, employee experience, culture development and internal communications.

- Ensure efficient and consistent service standards are provided by all hotel food and beverage outlets
- Liaise closely with senior management to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the hotel’s food & beverage outlets
- Liaise with other department managers to maximize resources and maintain standard operating procedures
- Contribute to the strategic goals and objectives of Ayers Rock Resort with responsibility to support, develop and retain staff
- Oversee budgeting and daily cost control ensuring costs are minimized and profit generation is maximized
- Maintain outlet presentation, customer service, operating equipment and stock
