We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced leader to support our Freight Team. In this role, you'll oversee the efficient receipt, dispatch, and distribution of road freight from the resort’s contracted carriers, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.

We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced leader to support our Freight Team. In this role, you'll oversee the efficient receipt, dispatch, and distribution of road freight from the resort’s contracted carriers, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
Key Duties
- Oversee daily deliveries, trailer unloading, and internal distribution
- Conduct team briefings and assign roles for trailer dispatch
- Manage consignment notes, manifests, and freight tracking via the TGE database
- Operate forklifts and trucks (HC licence required) to safely handle freight
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure temperature-sensitive freight is protected
- Support contractor freight, infrastructure deliveries, and assist with recycling logistics
- Lead and support a small team, setting daily expectations and providing on-the-job training
- A valid HC Truck License (required)
- Current Forklift License
- Experience handling temperature-controlled freight
- Mechanically minded with practical problem-solving skills
- Prior experience coordinating or leading a small logistics/operations team
