Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a General Manager of Technical Services to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are looking for an Advance Tradesperson Qualified Electrician to manage the day to day and ongoing responsibilities of the Technical Services Department, including Technical Services, Waste, and all matters relating to a large Vehicle Fleet of over 100 vehicles, as well as a commercial garage.

You will have the ability to hold a Northern Territory Grade A Electrical Mechanic License (or eligibility to obtain one) and aware of the Northern Territory Electrical legislation. As well as a passionate, fair, strong communicator and safety focused Manager for our Technical Services team on site at our beautiful Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara.

If you have grown through your trade career, experience in managing facilities in commercial or industrial industries and are looking for the next step, then this is the job for you.

As with every trade role, your day to day will always change; you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse team of qualified and experienced trades people while providing:

• Professional maintenance services for the entire resort
• Asset management
• Minor capital improvements
• Installation programs to Ayers Rock Resort
• Carrying out complex rostering by managing residential and FIFO Tradespersons

We are extremely committed to the safety of our employees, guests and community who visit town, this also needs to be a strong focus of you too! As our town is spread across a large range of land, an Australian Open Driver's License is required for all our trades roles.
