Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Purchasing Officer to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Purchasing Officer, who has knowledge of food & beverage operations (desirable) to join our Purchasing Team. This role will see you assist the Purchasing Manager with the coordination of the Ayers Rock Resort procurement processes.

Key Duties
- Reconciling freight charges
- Assist with the processing of Department and Outlets invoices and Deviations
- Managing the Resort’s stationery room, including monthly stocktakes
- Raising, reviewing, and executing purchase orders
- Liaising with suppliers regarding price increase, UOM Changes, Product availabilities, ETC
