Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Trade Assistant Team Leader to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Trades Assistant Team Leader with experience in a trade or maintenance environment and the leadership skills to support and guide a small team of Trades Assistants. You'll play a critical role in keeping our operations safe, efficient, and running like clockwork.
This role requires a Full Australian Drivers Licensed and a valid White Card.

- Support trades across a variety of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks
- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate records and timesheets
- Provide direction and oversight to a small team of Trades Assistants
- Uphold safety standards and respond promptly to maintenance requests
