Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Workplace Learning & Development Assistant Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are on the lookout for someone who possesses a keen eye for detail, excels in stakeholder management, and has a talent for building relationships to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in internal training and collaboration with external stakeholders, while also being proactive and focused on budget management.

In this role, you will support the General Manager of People & Culture in effectively managing, organizing, and delivering training and development initiatives across the resort. You will be responsible for creating a new employee orientation program, which includes relevant administrative tasks carried out both internally and by external providers.

Your key duties will include:
  • Work closely with the General Manager of People & Culture to refine, develop and implement Learning and Development Strategies at Ayers Rock Resort
  • Preparation and delivery of various programs across the resort in Hospitality, Work Health & Safety compliance, and Hotel operations to meet industry standards and employee needs and aspirations
  • Management of the learning management system, ensuring up to date and accurate.
